Edward is a senior associate at Addison Bright Sloane. He has a depth of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, Energy, Oil & Gas (upstream and downstream) transactions, Foreign Direct Investments, Aviation, Infrastructure Projects including Public-Private Partnership (PPP) transactions, Consulting, Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He also has a special interest in International Investment Law, Shipping and Maritime Law, World Trade Organisation (WTO) Law and Public International Law.
Until Edward’s move to Addison Bright Sloane, he was the lead lawyer in Oil & Gas (upstream and downstream) at another leading commercial law firm in Ghana. He has advised a wide range of international oil companies (IOCs) and other foreign direct investors in Ghana.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Oil & Gas focusing on Professional Skills from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, an LL.B (Hons) from Birkbeck College, University of London, England and a BA (Hons) Political Science with Public International Law Option) from the University of Birmingham, UK.
Edward is a member of both the Bar of England & Wales and the Ghana Bar Association.
